Lens Blocking Pads
Our Blocking Pads are made of the finest materials, with a premium adhesive that is guaranteed to minimize slippage. We offer various shapes and sizes to fit your growing needs. Our most popular shape pads are listed here. If you should need a different shape then just ask, we probably have it.
NUVO™, our state-of-the-art hi-tech new blocking pad, utilizes an entirely new adhesive that offers the best possible grip to minimize slippage, yet still deblocks easily and cleanly, leaving behind virtually no residue.
SecureEdge Plus (TM) blocking pads are specifically engineered for hydrophobic lenses. Its high performing adhesive eliminates the need for supplemental films and reduces cost by minimizing waste of lenses while providing a true one step solution. The pad is designed with a two adhesive system: one side for the block and one side specifically designed to bond with the slippery lens surface.
Ultra Blue (TM) -- Our best selling pad which has been designed for great adhesion and performance on nearly all lens surfaces!
Ultra White (TM) -- Very similar to our Ultra Blue™ with a slightly different adhesive that provides an easier release when deblocking.
SecurEdge (TM) -- A premium pad when quality counts. Unique 3 piece construction virtually eliminates the stretching and twisting that occurs from high levels of torque during the edging process.
Big Red (TM) -- Your best defense in avoiding slippage with today's most demanding hydrophobic super slippery lens surfaces. All the strength that SecurEdge™ offers from a similar 3 piece construction, with the addition of the industry's best adhesive for super slick surfaces and an effortless release when the job is done.
